About the ACADEMY
The Arts Academy at St. Mary’s was founded in 2023 in an attempt to provide opportunities for arts education to students both at St. Mary’s Academy, and in the surrounding region. Classes are offered in music, theater, and dance, between the hours of 2:30 PM and 8 PM Monday-Friday.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Glens Falls — just 15 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George — we are the destination for the arts in the region. Music, theatre, and dance live under one roof, making everything your child needs right here: one building, one community, one place to learn, create, and grow.
Our Spaces
The Great Hall
The Great Hall at St. Mary’s Academy is our central hub for performance. A yearly home for concerts, events, performances, and school functions, The Great Hall has earned a reputation in Glens Falls for its architecture (a replica of Westminister Hall in London), its sound and beauty - a perfect space to perform, explore, learn and create.
Recording Studio
The recording studio opened its doors in early 2026, offering a space to record original music and collaborate with artists seeking a creative hub. Original works, including Solstice: The Musical, have already been brought to life within these walls. More information on renting the space will be available soon.
Dance Studio
Our studio is newly outfitted with premium Marley flooring and custom-built mirrors, creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for every dancer. These enhancements allow students to move confidently, refine their technique, and experience training in a space designed for growth.
